Refund policy
We have a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a free pre-paid return label. All approved returns must be sent to our return address. Items returned without first requesting a return authorisation will not be accepted.
This policy applies to orders delivered within the following countries: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and France.

Right of Withdrawal
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or an exchange.
Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
Conditions for a Valid Return

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Order Cancellations
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
In this case, you may still return the item after delivery in accordance with this policy.
